Soft texture cheese ideal to be eaten in chunks.

Features:

Lactic acid based rather accentuated accompanied by vegetal notes like grass,
boiled vegetables,flowers and fruit.


Parmigiano reggiano 1st Choice - Over 22 months aged

Hard texture cheese ideal to be grated or to be used for tasty fillings.

Features:

The aromas increase,you can appreciate notes of melted butter and fresh fruit, but
also citrus and dried fruit,the cheese developes a balance between sweet
and savory.it looks perfectly soluble,crumbly and grainy.


Parmigiano reggiano 1st Choice - Over 30 months aged

Hard texture cheese ideal to be grated or to be used for tasty fillings.

Features:

This cheese is the most rich in nutrive elements is drier,
clumbier and grainier than the others, the flavour is more decided and more
complex in the aromas, notes of spices and dried fruits are predominant.


Parmigiano Reggiano 1st Choice - Over 36 months aged

Hard cheese ideal to grated or to make some tasty stuffings

Features:

- The long aging gives the cheese a strong taste, fuller, stronger and tangier.

- In the kitchen it can be served with full-bodied red wines or with with sweet
white wines, it is suitable for people intolerant to lactose, it can be accompanied
with some jam or honey.

Ricotta is a diary product obteined by heating the whey left over from the processing of Parmigiano Reggiano ,with or without the addition of some acidifiers.

Caciotta is a fresh and soft cheese with delicate flavor ,it has a milky and soft savor ,the crust is slightly perceptible.
